We recently drove up from Virginia for a trip to Cedar Point and stayed at this hotel – and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rebecca, the shift manager, gave us a warm greeting upon check-in and even followed up shortly after we got to our room to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything else. That level of courtesy really stood out. During our stay, there happened to be a baseball team staying on the same floor, in the room right next to us. Honestly, we were amazed at how quiet and respectful the group was! Even when they had a late-night pizza gathering in the lobby that went on until 1am, it was contained, cheerful, and never disruptive — a real testament to how well the hotel manages its guests. At checkout, Art at the front desk was equally professional and polite. He took the time to ask how our stay was and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our stay — from the hospitality to the peaceful environment. We absolutely look forward to staying here again next year when we return to Cedar Point! Thanks for making our visit perfect Rich Sell

Great value for the money

Our stay was really good. Nice to have an outdoor pool on these hot days. Free breakfast is always a plus but the quality of the food was lacking a bit. (The coffee too) However it’s not a restaurant so less important than the nice, spacious comfortable room.

Excellent stay!!

I called to see about early check in and she was very friendly and promised to message when our room was busy; she kept her word. The hotel and our room had no musty smells and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Service at checkout was excellent and we were offered a couple of cold bottled waters to take with us.

Room was clean and no complaints there. Front desk person at check-in was polite but extremely slow and did not seem super confident in answers to my questions. I was charged for what seemed to be maybe one nights stay and an incidentals charge the morning I was scheduled to check in when asking the staff member of that's what it was she wasn't entirely sure. I kept an eye on my account and the charge was dropped and the other card we provided was charged appropriately for our stay.outside of the slowness to get checked in the stay was fine. About 20 minutes or so to Cedar Point which was the purpose of our trip so this spot was fine for us.
