Raul made it worth staying!!
Smooth check in, upgrade for free due to a mistake made in the photos from Hotels.com. Nice quiet hotel. Nice pool fresh towels brought to us while we were swimming. Breakfast was open a half hour longer so we can get something to eat. Raul was the young man checking in And the man deserves a raise and an award for customer service. We will definitely stay again.

My daughter left her AirPods in the room. I called the front desk when we got home. I was repeatedly told they were not there, although the location was showing them there. After being persistent they turned up, but I would have to call when the manager was there. I asked if she could contact me and was flat out told that you no, she would not. 2 days later I reach the manager, Holly, who is allegedly the franchisee. I was told “in a perfect world your daughter would have remembered her AirPods. We will charge your card on file $25 for shipment, I’ll ship them to my bookkeeper then, she will ship them to you after” I asked if I could contact that corporate office and was informed again in a snide and snarky tone that “um, ma’am we are a franchise, I am the corporate office. We use fit to ship anyway” so you will charge me $25 for a $7 mini fit to ship? I see. My 12yr old is irresponsible and you’re scheming trying to profit from shipping. I guess at least there is still hope for her! I wasn’t expecting much, I surely wasn’t expecting them to ship for free. I just wasn’t expecting a hotel to be defensive and immediately respond with a dig on a 12 yr old would do in a perfect world. Apparently Holly lives in a perfect world and remembers everything, without fail. I’ve never met a hotel pillow I didn’t love, until now. They were hard and it felt like the pillow cases were starchy card board. The beds are not the most comfortable. The little coffee machine was good.

Very Clean! Excellent breakfast I want one of those waffle makers. Lol. Will be back next year for sure. Only a few things that could be better is a separate fan switch in bathroom so you can turn it off after shower it was rather cold in bathroom. And a bigger toilet. And last a better shower head. See you next year!
