It was great, but I won't be using hotels.com. I had a pet friendly room but could not verify that with H.com. via a real live person. Everything was AI. Could not get a pet verification from anyone except calling the hotel. H.com failed to tell me about a $75 fee for a pet or even tell me I was allowed a pet. Done with H.com. will book differently from now on.
