Perfect location

We went here for a one-day layover for our family road trip. Check-in and cooking staff were excellent! Continental breakfast was good. Unfortunately, I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom floor and shower had a few hairs from the previous occupants and there was urine left behind the toilet seat.

Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, no bugs, loved the continental breakfast, staff was very friendly, extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, and lotion was nice, and just down the street from Cedar Point. Will stay here again.

The room was not vacuumed before we were put in it or the next day, we have to tell them to vacuum. One day they started room service and didn't finish, left and never closed our door, it was open until we returned at 11 PM. There are dead bugs in webs stuck to the ceiling and under the sink. Had to keep asking for toilet paper, tissue and towels as never enough were given. Hallway carpets worn with holes and some days not vacuumed. Cleaning staff are foreign students and have no idea what to do and spend all their working time on their phones and cannot understand what we are asking for. Carpet in our room was dirty.
