was in room 315 and the headboard on the bed fell off. was going to be moved to a different room but then was told that there was already a reservation for that room and that was the last room they had available. so i was told there would be no charge for the room it would be free if we just stayed in the room and was still charged for the room. messaged the hotel and never receive a response.
The workers at the desk were nice but when we checked out the room cleaners told the front desk the room was a mess which is crazy considering the room was clean and all that was there was a box of pizza that was empty and needed thrown out a trashcan full and some wet towels which is the cleaners job and very clearly they expect those of us that stay to do THEIR job that we very clearly don't get paid to do especially considering WERE THE ONES THAT PAY FOR THE ROOM WHICH MEANS WE PAY TO GET THE ROOM CLEANED. Just crazy
We had 1 overnight stay on Aug 16, 2025 on the 1st floor. Around 11:30p there was an issue with a really bad water leak. The desk staff Earl, notified us that water was in our room. He was wonderful in helping. This morning during breakfast he was doing everything by himself. He needs a raise! He is a very hard worker.
The condition of the room was awful. The bathroom had broken tiles in several places, plus the bathtub drain area was scratched down to the material of which the tub was made. The a/c was very noisy, awakening me during the night, making a loud moaning noise as it shut off. The room was dim and worn. I made my reservation based on the hundreds of positive reviews for the hotel. Either someone is stuffing the hotel's reviews to artificially elevate their rating or it has gone severly downhill fast.
