Clean and quiet. Loved the vinyl flooring without rugs. Mattress was a bit soft, but comfortable. No pet fee: now that's "pet friendly". 😉

Red Roof Inn was great, booking website was not

My family's stay at a red Roof Inn was FANTASTIC! The staff were very helpful and polite! They even helped fix the mess up that hot els . com caused by canceling my reservation without notifying me! Luckily staff in the Red Roof Inn was very understanding and helped my family fix things!

A good stay

Breakfast was good. It was nice we didn’t have to leave to eat breakfast. The workers were very polite and nice and helped if it was needed.

For $100 a night I expected more. The room itself was fine, everything was dated and just felt dirty. The stay was okay, not great. Power outage on morning of checkout. Probably wont stay again.

Booked late for traveling on my birthday ( July 4th) so I wasn't expecting much. However upon entering our room ( 121) the hot tub wasn't cleaned ( hair, black stuff) toilet was clean at first glance but dirty under the bowl. I bought bleach & cleaned everything myself but when I brought it up to the front desk, she had some attitude about cleaning it after we left the room. Should have been done beforehand we got there, but I cleaned it nonetheless. The safe didn't work. She mentioned most of them don't. The doors in the back don't lock so anyone can just walk right in. There was a group of guys walking around testing door handles. Typical druggies hanging out in the back at midnight when we stepped out to smoke. There was also a breakfast sausage UNDER our mattress. We didn't even eat the breakfast there so Lord knows how long it's been there. We mentioned it to housekeeping. The WiFi would disconnect often so you'd have to reconnect. Besides all of that .. most of the staff were very nice, mainly the guy working nights and housekeeping. The bed was soft and the pool area was pretty clean. Actually, most of the hotel itself is clean except the rooms ( I'm not sure about every room I'd imagine they're like ours) Overall, next year when we come to lake Erie ( we usually stay in a cabin) we'll book way ahead. Decent place to have a roof over your head if you need a place to sleep. But, it's a never again for us
