Baseball Family friendly

We were there for our grandson’s baseball tournament at Sports Force Park. We stayed 4 nights. I really liked the property. Everything was new after a 2022 refurbishment. Beautiful setting. Several venues for food. 2 pools- one indoor and one outdoor. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay don’t come here. Lots of families and young baseball players running around and dominating the pool. But we were there for that so it was fine. The only problem we had was not always having hot water, but they worked on it.

The landscaping was nice. No coffee or tea. Common area kids up and moving until midnight could hear them in rooms on first floor. Kids playing with ice machine getting ice all over floors. Pool is nice but limited seating for guests. Has approximately 50 chairs not nearly enough for a resort hotel on a hot sunny day.

It’s a beautiful place would not mind going back again i enjoyed the pool and the fitness room they had, but the second day i was there, i ended up getting charged 500$ from the resort for no reason when i had booked this resort in may so i talked to the staff and they told me they didn’t see anything, so i contacted Expedia and sent them a statement of the change, they told me they will get to the bottom of this and they told me ill get my money back in 3-5 business days.

Its a beautiful property but poorly managed. We were there for a 3 day stay for a softball tournament. 1st afternoon we were able to use the pool. They made everyone get out of pool because supposedly there was a lightning strike within 10 miles. But golfers kept golfing and cedar point was open. This resort is ran by cedar point. 2nd day at the pool the mall cop pool guard made everyone get out of pool because the handicap chair wasnt working.Yes, it doesnt make sense..So the amenities that the resort has and you pay for get used very little. Disappointed to say the least
