Ran down and smells horrible!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Very ran down. We booked multiple rooms. Holes in bedding. We had to clean our bathtubs before we used them. One of our rooms had not been cleaned. All rooms had damage such benches broken and cosmetic marks such as big dents in the fridge. Food crumbs all over the floor and used plastic ware. The desk had marijuana and white residue lines all over it. The ceiling panels in all rooms had evidence of stained water leaks. Toilets were the only clean items. TV's didnt work, lights didn't work. Regulars were allowed to cut in the line of those checking in and were told "we can't wait until the off season". The only reason they got a 2-star was because the beds were comfy. The smell in the whole place is horrible. Cat pee or something like that strong. If you are a family, go somewhere else. If you want a romantic night, go somewhere else. Not worth being close to attractions such as cedar point.

There was no stay. We booked 2 non smoking rooms. When we went to check in they had one room as a smoking room. The girl behind the desk couldn't even get up off her butt to greet her guests (we were not the only ones) and then left the desk while we were attempting to find other accommodations. We ended up pay 3x what we had booked someplace else. We had booked with Wolf Inn a month in advance.

Disgusting

Room was filthy. Found a bag of trash underneath the sink that had to been there awhile. Knats flying all around it. Bed clothing was stained and dirty! Floors had hairballs all in it. Trash found around the beds. Towels were stained black. People dealing drugs at night and smelled highly of Marijuana. Desk had a drawer thay was broken and fell off on my foot. The photos on the page look nothing like it when u get there. Needs updated badly! Its literally disgusting!!! I nevrr complain but this is the worst place ive ever stayed and ive stayed a lot of cheap places.

I would like my full refund. We did NOT stay at the Wolf Inn. We arrived at approximately 4:00 and we were given a key card. The door to the room was wide open, the tv was on and the room smelled like cigarettes. The bed was not made and had been stripped down to the mattress. There were several individuals hanging around in the parking lot. I don't really know what was going on and I won't speculate, but I walked back to the front desk and told them that we did not want to stay and that we wanted a full refund. The young woman working the front desk was kind and understanding - she said this sort of thing had never happened before, but she didn't seem to know what was happening either.

I guess when you book the cheapest hotel room you get what you pay for. You need to stop things up a little bit with maintenance and maybe change off the shower curtains. Other than that it was quiet.

if you are a guy staying here is no big deal as a mom with my child alone i did not enjoy the fact the hotel has weekly/monthly rates meaning people live there full time it was shady looking at night and the hallways had loud disorderly people roaming at night the doors were wide open all night long you didnt need a card to access the hotel and when we got back to the hotel for the night the card had not worked so i had to go get it reactivated which meant we had to walk with our arms full to the lobby which wasnt in the building we were staying in and the carpet smelled funky

Convenient and comfortable

Very affordable, yet clean and comfortable. Not updated at all but overall a great value. Excellent, affordable donut and breakfast shop at the end of the building is convenient. They really go all out on theming, wolf statues and comforters, skeletons riding a bike and fishing in the pool, etc. Makes it unique.
