Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The food wasn’t as bad at all! The only restaurant worth eating at is the steakhouse. The buffet is better than everything which is a shame. The entertainment was the highlight of my stay! Never a dull moment! The hotel transportation is very organized and the beach has water activities on site! I really disliked how shower smelled like a backed up sewage line. The electricity went in and out a lot during the rainstorms. Also I DID NOT like that the bedroom bottles of alcohol are ALREADY OPEN! They are refilled through a dispenser. I did not drink any of it for this reason. Also, there were empty cans of soda in my refrigerator so it was not checked and restocked properly.

Absolutely beautiful resort, excellent customer service, my butler Jerome was the best, he made my birthday unforgettable. The food is amazing, the shows and activities daily are amazing as well. Overall the best over the water villas experience. I will definitely be back very soon.
