Hands down, best hotel in Urfa, period.
Luxurious to the maximum. Everything new. Only suggestion is get the front desk to speak at least basic English. Minor thing. Truly amazing hotel.

Hayatımın EN KÖTÜ CHECKIN'iydi. İlave yataklı 3 kişilik oda için ödeme yapmıştık. Urfa’yı bilmediğimiz için, Hilton kalitesine güvenebileceğimizi düşündük. Ancak resepsiyondaki özellikle bir kadın personelin cümleleri çok canımızı sıktı. 3. Arkadaşımızın taziye sebebiyle gelme durumu net değildi. 3. Kişi nerede diye soruldu. Gelme durumu net değil ancak 3 kişilik oda olarak ödeme yaptık o şekilde istiyoruz dedik. Sonra siz uygun olanı almışsınız diyerek herkesin içinde bizi rencide etti. Devamında da bu oda engellilere özel denildi. Biz ödemeyi yaparken o tarihte normal oda yoktu ve engellilere de uygun yazdığını ödeme sırasında bize aksi bir uyarının Hotels.com'dan bize belirtilmediğini söyledik. Devamında da başka odanız yoktu diğerleri suitti eğer var ise şu an değiştirebilirsiniz dedik ve olmadığını söylediler. Neden bunlara maruz kaldık bilmiyorum. Sonrasında ise ödediğimiz odada klimada sorun olduğunu, 5 dk içerisinde çözülüp odaya çıkabileceğimizi ilettiler. Ancak 45 dk lobide bekletildik. Odada sorun olmadığını çok net biliyorduk. Neden bu kadar uğraşıldı anlamış değiliz. Nihai olarak başka odalarının olmadığını söylemelerine rağmen sonrasında 2 kişilik oda teklif edildi kabul edip iki ayrı yataklı odaya yerleştik. Çift kişilik yatağı mecburiyetten seçmiştik. Ancak çift kişilik yatak da seçilse asla sorun olmaması gerekiyor. Eğer bir gün yolum tekrar Urfa'ya düşerse yaşattıkları ve hissettirdiklerinden dolayı önünden bile geçmeyi tercih etmeyeceğim. Teşekkürler

Otelde bir gece konakladık her şey mükemmeldi. Oda tertemizdi. Ayrıca odaya getirilen ikramlar için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum,gerçekten cömertçe idi. Kahvaltı açık büfe yok yoktu. Tek sıkıntı aracı otoparka bırakırken zorlandım. Bundan sonraki Urfa daki konaklamalarım kesinlikle bu otelde olacaktır. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
