The hotel was rundowm, the walk look as if they weren't painted in years. The bads were old. The 1st day there was no hot water

Happily stay here again…simple and value for money
Wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay in the old town. This was the cheapest place on Hotels.com and had good reviews. I would recommend staying here to anyone who isn’t worried about their room being perfect. Instead they are happy with somewhere simple and good value for money. I would happily stay here again. Great location in the old town a short/shortish walk from everything you want to see.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , in Turkey. Everything was not functioning well. The bathroom door was hitting the toilet bowl and there was no curtains for the shower area. The breakfast was very bad and limited to one plate per person. It was arranged by the person in the kitchen. The only person that was helpful was the daytime manager and he took care of us. Also, I was told of the free parking but it was a very limited space and I was having a difficult time getting into the parking space. Also the place does not look clean and it needs a lot of maintenance work.

Grand Babil Otel is excellent value and very comfortable - although the double rooms are VERY small. The airconditioning is perfect for the Urfa heat and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in letting us use the kitchen to make meals. It's a very convenient position - all major attractions within easy walking distance, as well as local supermarkets and a large mall. I would recommend the Grand Babil Otel to anyone traveling to Urfa.

kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir otel. böyle ilgisiz boyle suratsiz çalışanlar daha once gormedim. resmen 4 duvarli bir yere 2-3 tane yatak atmislar ve oda demisler. terlik havlu vs herseyi biz isteyince getirdiler. odada dolap bile yok, yatak basligindan bir haber bu oteldekiler. resepsiyona odaya su alabilir miyiz dedim yok dediler, su bile yok yani bu otelde. valizleri açabileceginiz bir alan yok. duvarlari oymuşlar icine aski asmislar yani duvar dolabiniz oluyor. odada buzdolabi vs zaten asla yok. wcde peçete koymalik yer yok çöp kutusunun üstüne koymuslar. berbat ötesi bir konaklama deneyimi oldu maalesef.

Girişte resepsiyondaki beyfendi güler yüzlü değildi yardımcı olmadı yüzümüze bile bakmadı. kahvaltı saati 8/9 imiş bir bilgi verilmedi 09:20 de bitti denildi kahvaltıya gidemedik . oda çok kötü gül esansı kokuyordu gece kokudan tıkandık , yataklar rahatsızdı ;tuvalet kokuyordu .

Konak merkezi konumda ancak etrafı köhne, eski bir bölge. İçerisi tam fotoğraflık. Gecesi ayrı gündüzü ayrı bir görsel. Sanırım 300 yıllık bir geçmişi var. Odada çalışır durumda klima var. Tv ve mini buzdolabı da var. Yatak eski tip yaylı yataklara benziyordu, çok rahat sayılmaz ama idare edilebilir. Temizlik var gibi görünse de detay hassasiyeti olanlar için sıkıntı olacaktır. Odayı ara ara çok rahatsız edici bir koku basıyor. Sürekli olmuyor, belki dee burun alışıyor :) Otel konforu aramadan amacımız sadece konaklama diyorsanız iş görür.

Bien et basique pour le prix,
Chambre simple basique, les equipements sont vieux mais fonctionnent correctement. Il y a la clim et frigo. Le petit dejeuner suffisant. Pour ce prix on ne peut pas attendre à plus. le seul intérêt est qu'il est à mi chemin entre la station de bus et le bassin d'Abraham. Le personnel est gentil.
