Otel temizlik açısından son derece temizdi.Görevliler çok ilgili, misafirperver ve yardımsever. Özellikle Gökhan bey ve Ömer'e bize sundukları her türlü destek ve hizmetten dolayı minnettarız. Bir daha Urfa'ya gitsem, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edilebilir bir otel.

El hotel es muy bonito, es una casa antigua que acondicionaron como hotel, y lo hicieron muy bien, tiene un patio central bonito, con una fuente, su personal es super amable, en especial Omar, que es un joven extremadamente amable y atento, estuvo al pendiente de todo, la habitación es amplia, el baño nuevo con todo lo necesario, el desayuno es delicioso, de los mejores desayunos en todo Turquía. Ampliamente recomendado y sobre todo a un excelente precio.

Konaklama yeri ararken tesadüfen burayı buldum ve rezervasyon yaptım iyiki de bulmuşum o kadar memnun kaldık ki birdahaki sefere yine burayı tercih ederiz diye düşünüyoruz :) Güleryüzlü karşılamanız için çok teşekkür ederiz. Daha aklıma gelmeyen bir sürü şeyler var her türlü burayı konaklama için tercih edebilirsiniz. Atmosferi, temizliği, kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Butik otel konum olarak tam merkezi bir yerde. Çalışanlar çok iyi kendinizi evinizde hissedeceğiniz bir yer. Oda gayet temiz ve rahattı. Kahvaltısı serpme güzel yöresel bir kahvaltıydı. Konum olarak butik otellerin bulunduğu bir yerde olduğu için aracı ücretli otopark dışında bırakacak bir yer yok. Otoparktan otele kadar bavulumuzu taşımamıza yardımcı oldular o yüzden sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her şey güzeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler:)
