Dissappointment in spite of great location.

With a pleasant welcome, we might have put up more with the negative experiences. But we felt our turning up at the time indicated was an unwelcome annoyance to the owner. The room was pokey and small. However the food was above average and priced fairly and the situation great. The waiter was an asset too.

Cet hôtel est un 2 étoiles compte tenu de cela je trouve que les prestations sont de qualité et la propreté remarquable. Sa situation est tout à fait charmante ,au bord de l'eau avec terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner. Le seul point faible est une route un peu passagère à proximité mais cachée de la vue

Hotel.com fait payer pour un hôtel fermé.

J’avais réservé 2 chambres pour la nuit du samedi 5 octobre à la vieille auberge de Sansais. Nuitées déjà payées depuis 3 semaines. En arrivant pour l’enregistrement on a découvert que l’hôtel était fermé. Gros stress, où passer la nuit ? Et le service d’assistance d’Hotel.com impossible à joindre… cela fait déjà 24 h que j’ai signalé cela par email, mais toujours aucun signe de vie d’Hotel.com… J’attends un remboursement.
