We stayed Friday and Saturday night. Friday was fine, Saturday night was horrible. It sounded like they were doing construction dragging furniture around and had heavy feet walking on the floor. Also the air conditioning was very loud as it was starting to come on. Wish they had a jacuzzi, we were there for a cancer walk and would have been nice to sit in one after. Otherwise good hotel.

The pictures on Expedia showed a much better hotel than the real hotel. The hotel is fine. Fine as in "okay". The hotel has a smell to it and especially my wing of the hotel and my room. It was an unpleasant musty smell. The hotel was a bit worn. There was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. This was a real shame, especially to not have the pool bar open. The most annoying part of my stay was the dog barking in a nearby room to mine that woke me in the morning and kept me awake for over 30 minutes. When I called the front desk, they were not very helpful - said they were on it - but nothing ever happened. When I checked out, I found it odd that the front desk staff person did not ask how my stay was. I'm assuming they probably knew it was unpleasant or probably simply didn't care.

The staff person at check in was very unhelpful and rushed through the orientation to us. The room was charged for incidentals we never used and the staff at the front did not due their due diligence to find out why this happened. The shower knob didn’t work well. There was a $25 parking fee for each night. That is outrageous. We were asked to contact the manager about the incidentals charge. The manager needed to be prompted to review their cameras for the investigation as to how this happened. This was all very terrible customer service.

We were charged 15 for dry reheated food and no variety of food it was boiled eggs and dried hash browns and no other fruits other than oranges and two over ripened apples. The pool was dirty and we only had two small towels.

Major Issues: 1. No Refrigerator: Unbelievably, the room didn't have a fridge, which is a basic amenity. 2. Dirty Restroom: The bathroom was unacceptable, with excessive mold and poor cleanliness. (I have video evidence.) 3. Noise Issues: The door's loud creaking disturbed neighbors at night. (Video recorded.) 4. No Microwave: Not a single room had a microwave, inconvenient for guests. Poor Service: 1. Unfriendly Front Desk: Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. 2. Lack of Assistance: Requests were met with indifference. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Install refrigerators and microwaves in rooms. 2. Enhance bathroom cleanliness and maintenance. 3. Replace or repair noisy doors. 4. Train staff to provide warm, helpful service.

Beds are fulls, not queens so be careful! Bathroom is very small such as the bathtub is like a half of a tub. In our room it sounded like a toilet from above was running all night and it was very annoying. You will be charged $24 a night to park your vehicle. Shuttles only run 1x an hour. Did not swim in the pool it was full of leaves amd debri.
