Quiet and Comfortable Stay in Orange County
Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was very basic with rations and rigid times. Consider including non-pork meat items like Turkey bacon, ham or sausages for guests that do not eat pork. Also, staff serving breakfast could use some customer service skills. They need to realize that they are in the hospitality business serving breakfast to valued clients, not military cadets. Smile and be flexible and courteous to guests.

A very old property for the budget traveller. With everything today you get less than what you paid. However, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly given what they have to work with. The facility needs a major update.

We return here because its convenient to where we like to go. The staff is hard-working and very friendly. The place is always clean and quiet. The breakfast is wonderful and efficiently run. The parking is great. And it is very economical for our budget as well. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Love having a fridge and microwave as well. We always enjoy our stay there.

Stayed in an accessibility room for two nights and we didn't want maid service. The room only had one small trash can (8" x 6") and no extra plastic bags. People getting this type of room most likely will have to deal with adult diapers or other items that need to be disposed or bagged up. It would be helpful to provide at lease a large enough trash can do deal with these items.
