The walls arenpaper thin and it seems more like staying at a Red Roof or Motel 6 than a Best Western. Absolutely avoid the first floor unless you want to contstntly hear kids and people.stomping in the floors above you and every toilet flush. There is a Holiday Inn Express around the corner with bigger rooms, and a gas station right next to the parkinglot. The area is still rough, so I wouldnt go walking very far on foot.

Insulation between rooms is not very good, I can hear people talking (although it's not very clear) in the morning at 5:30 AM. Can hear some little noise at night from 2nd floor (I am in 1st floor). There's a closed door in between my room and my neighbor room which makes my wife feel uncomfortable.
