Overall the stay was good. Breakfast was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Shower head was built up with lime but had dove toiletries that was nice. View of the mountains from the room was incredible and that made up for the false impression that you get to use a balcony (the reason we booked this hotel was for the balcony) the balcony’s are not accessible even though every room has one- they are locked and now just for looks. Wish I would have known this before. Other than the false advertisement the stay was good but would book somewhere else with a balcony in the future. We also rented a car and somehow it got sideswiped in the parking lot after we had checked out and Uber’s back to LAX, and the hotel can’t realest footage without a police report we can’t make because we are now across the country so huge bill is r have to pay now.

Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The noise level was unbearable! The hotel is right next to a train that blared its horn throughout the night, making it impossible to get any sleep. To make matters worse, it’s also near a school, so the mornings were just as noisy with constant traffic and commotion. We requested our room to be cleaned, and all they did was change the bed sheets. No vacuuming, no proper cleaning—just a quick surface fix. The lack of thoroughness was disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the location is terrible for anyone looking for peace and quiet, and the service was far from adequate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is amazing for the value it provided! Clean, spacious rooms, free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, microwave in our room, very reasonably priced!! We had a family emergency and our flight was delayed so they graciously offered a late checkout with no extra charge!
