This property looks beautiful on the website, but customer service is horrible; they need training. Second, this property is a scam. I made my reservation on Expedia, and when my daughter checked in, she was told that there were two infants on the reservation??? I put two minors and two adults. Ultimately, they charged me $198.00 more for one night, for a moldy room, where one bed was left without sheets and not made until 11 pm. I spoke to the supervisor, who told me the company owner doesn't care about the guest's inconvenience. From his words, I understand I must pay the difference or leave??? Of course, I pay. Overall, it ruined my daughter's 30th Birthday. Please don't stay here; they only want your money.

Pool area was nice. Staff was greatly. Very attentive. The ac broke in our room and we were moved to another room. The phone didn't work so we had to go to the lobby for issues and by the end of our 4 night stay they still didn't fix it. The room flooded since it rained a lot. Food was not good. Food needs seasoning and definitely more options. Desserts were gross and soggy. Overall it was ok.

Honestly the service from managers and bartenders needs many improvement , the drinks are awful & the food needs improvement . Limited alcohol options , in general the “ all inclusive “ parts needs improvement .

U reconnect this place , is worth the price, there is room for improvement but over all we had a great time. Food was good, amenities were good staff was great, parking was easy and plenty, only thing they can improve in is check in and more options to shop.

Buffet has same food everyday, food options are limited, people who don’t eat pork has even fewer options. Even if it’s all inclusive but you have to do reservations and most of the time the al la carte restaurant is full and you can only eat at the buffet at designated pre booked time. The rooms are old, our room has no WiFi. Pools are fantastic, drinks are ok, stuffs are very nice, security is good, very well maintained and service is also very good. Other than the noise from bar ( our room was very close to the bar) and limited food options I have no complaints. It costs roughly $1000 for a family of 4 for 3 nights. Airport pickup and drop off was $270, over email it was $135 per trip, on-site it was $120, inconsistent pricing.

What I like is the infinity pool. Check in was better than before no waiting outside until 3 pm. They let us in easily no key but no problem. The only thing I was concerned was sink getting clogged

Clean rooms. Had to ask twice to get someone to check the ac. Finally gave us a room with working AC. Staff was very friendly especially at buffet. Very attentive great service. Pools were very nice, a little warm but nice and clean. Very nice sunrise and sunsets. Parking was easy, short walk. Easy to reserve meal times. I would definitely return. Great for families.

I travel to El Salvador frequently and always spend time at this resort—five times in the last year alone. My stays are usually excellent, except for one issue. The front desk staff isn't as helpful as they should be. It's often a language barrier; I don't speak much Spanish, and they don't speak any English. I understand the situation and I’m not trying to change anything, but my wife is Salvadoran and speaks perfect Spanish, yet they still struggle to provide answers to our questions. On this occasion, I booked a superior room because we loved it during our last stay. When we reserved the room, we had the option of one large king bed or two double beds. Naturally, we chose the large king bed. However, when we opened the door, we found two double beds instead. We tried calling the front desk from our room phone, but it took over 35 minutes to reach anyone. When we finally got through, they were not helpful. All we wanted was to switch to a king bed, but they didn't understand our request, even after my wife tried to explain. After another 30 minutes on the phone with them, we finally gave up. We ended up pushing the beds together and continued with our vacation. In the grand scheme of things, it was a minor issue, but considering the amount of money we paid, having a front desk crew that struggles with simple requests is a bit concerning. While it won’t affect my decision to return since we like the resort, if it had been our first visit, it likely would have been our last.
