Everything about this hotel was great, the only thing that did bother me is that there was hair on some towels as well as the bed and there were little pieces of trash on the floor. Besides that the hotel itself was really nice and the staff was nice.

Totally plan to stay here AGAIN.
Pre-trip phone calls were answered cheerfully and very helpfully by the local staff. Upon arrival, Huy greeted us with a sweet smile and was helpful as can be. The hotel does have an elevator for its 3 floors. The hot tub and heated pool were working well. The beds were comfortable. Temperature control was not on the actual air conditioner, but on the wall next to the vanity area; it worked well. Bathroom was clean with liquid soaps provided. Large vanity area separate from shower/toilet room. I really prefer that! My adult daughter liked that the art decor in the room were all from local Santa Barbara scenes or history. The hotel is only 1 1/2 blocks from where the yacht harbor becomes beach. It's across from Pershing Park on Castillo. Breakfast was hot plain eggs, sausages, waffle maker, very tasty bakery danish in several flavors, hash brown patties, juices, tangerines, plus breads, yoghurts, and more. Jasmin Jamaru took good care of folks with a happy smile and good service.

It was a nice inn but I had an issue with a dirty bed sheet & it took the night employee 3 tries to get me the right sheet & we had to make the bed ourselves. That’s the only reason I rated it like I did. The people I interacted with at the front desk just seemed new and not too knowledgeable.

The room we stayed in was spacious, equipped with everything someone could wish for while away from home. The rate included parking, hot breakfast buffet and large , private, furnished balcony, which was amazing. Located just feet away from the marina and restaurants, a 7 Eleven just 50 ft and also a supermarket close by. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel.
