Clean room and complementary breakfast/coffee was nice! Unfortunately, some of the staff was not super friendly, except for the person at the front desk this morning. He was very pleasant. Also the phone in my room didn’t work, but aside from those 2 things, it did the job! I’d stay again!

$25 for early check in? That’s ridiculous Tic Tac way to up charge people. The place was dead quiet and my room was ready but to check in 30 minutes early I was told it would cost me $25! Never in all my years of travel, has anyone tried to pull that stunt. The room was fine, but the water pressure in the shower was so low that it took quite a while to wash soap and shampoo off of my body.

Staff is great. Room is clean. This hotel needs to ditch dish network. Not very user-friendly and a lot of buffering when using both Internet and watching TV. The complementary breakfast used to be good. However, the only thing that served now are carb loaded, pastries, Belgian waffles you can make for yourself and the last two times we’ve stayed here. We have noticed they don’t even offer milk as an alternative to the sugar loaded creamer that comes in a big container.
