It was not as represented in the pictures. The room was significantly smaller than what we were expecting. Next, the toilet did not work very well. The pool is not heated (information that should be stated, I mean you’re not swimming in February). However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Construction above our room was loud and shook the walls. At 5:00 am our smoke detector started chirping. I went to the front desk and asked about it. He wasn’t able to resolve it, offered earplugs! 8:30 reported it again. They said they would fix it. Left for several hours and it was still chirping! Finally got it fixed at 11:30.

the staff were so nice, from the front counter to the maids. made all the different in the world. the rooms were very clean, I loved the afternoon cheese and wine such a great touch, Plus the breakfast had a great menu. Honestly I did not want to leave.

Breakfast was good, better from other hotels I've been to. Afternoon wine, cheese, and grapes were nice as well. Poolside room was small but bed was comfortable. Toilet takes awhile to flush, you have to wait for at least 10 mins. I hope they fix that.
