Stayed here for my daughter's graduation from UCSB. We booked 3 rooms. I find it to be not a great customer experience, when we want to check in about an hour early and were told we would be charged $25/room, even if the room was ready. Not a great way to show you value the customer.

When we checked in, I asked for a quiet room. The person at the front desk told me that they only had rooms facing the busy 101 and that it maybe a bit noisy. She offered ear plugs. I asked for a more quiet room and she said there were none. That was not correct, because we saw empty rooms when we walked to our room. The room was VERY NOISY and we COULD NOT SLEEP. I have been a member of Best Western loyalty program for years and I can't believe that they chose to put us in a noisy room when there were other rooms available!!!! That is not the way to treat your loyal customers. Very disappointed.
