Alles soweit nett und sauber. Der Rezeptionsbereich wirkt aber kalt und unfreundlich. Hauptproblem ist die deutlich zu große Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Dafür ist es deutlich zu teuer.

Hotel property was nice with a great little restaurant. Shower did not work in our room - only allowed cold water. Had VIP access and was told a sparkling wine was in the room, but did not have any when we got there. Only stayed one night so didn’t make it a big thing

This Best Western was the best one I have ever stayed at...and was more comparable to a 4 star hotel. Yes, it is still a motel, but the property AND rooms were immaculately clean and in good condition! The King room we stayed in was large and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly! We loved the jacuzzi and heated pool! Awesome place to stay for a lower price point in Santa Barbara!
