This Best Western was the best one I have ever stayed at...and was more comparable to a 4 star hotel. Yes, it is still a motel, but the property AND rooms were immaculately clean and in good condition! The King room we stayed in was large and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly! We loved the jacuzzi and heated pool! Awesome place to stay for a lower price point in Santa Barbara!

Quick overnight in Santa Barbara
We stayed in a condo/townhouse on the end of the property. The patio was spacious. The downstairs was fine with a TV and a very nice long couch so we could all sit together. Kitchen was fine - we didn't cool but there seemed to be a cookware items available. The downstairs bath is a half bath. The stairs are super steep and narrow. Not suitable if you have anyone with mobility issues at all. Bedrooms were fine. Bathroom was fine. Overall the place was a bit worn and a little musty smelling. Service at the front desk was nice but they were under construction so it was hard to find the entrance. The restaurant on site is roomy and breakfast was yummy. There were 5 of us staying so overall a decent value.

The suites were quite spacious & enjoyed having living room separate from bedroom.Kitchen was fully equipped so saved on some meals. Nice pool & patios. WiFi conductivity was poor at times so streaming & internet use could be difficult. Significant noise transfer from people upstairs when walking around or playing music as building style is older wood construction. Neighborhood is quiet & it is located within few miles of beach & other food/attractions. Parking good if not arriving too late in evening. Housekeeping only upon request. Bed was comfortable & unit clean overall but several stains on carpets that had not been attended to. Overall good, relatively inexpensive place to stay in Santa Barbara.
