Overall nice hotel for the stay ..
Nice staff only downside was the vent in the bathroom that was on the whole time.... There needs to be a switch to turn it off for comfort reasons .... noise and cold air

The room was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The courtyard and pool areas are beautiful. We enjoyed trying to identify all the topiary animals!

After arriving at this hotel after 16 hours of travel I was assigned a room with a door lock that was not functioning properly and my travel belongings including the key to my rental car were trapped in the room until they located a physical key to get into the room. In a 1 week business travel stay I had to switch rooms 3 times.

Sink was blocked up. Beds were very comfortable. Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Room was clean when we got ther. But they didn’t clean it the 2 nd day. Grounds was beautiful. And clean. Towels were small an have been left into the dryer too long. They have burns. The softness was not there

The front desk staff rude and unprofessional Cristina M who is a manager there charged us one night $ almost $400 . First she said $100 security fee. But my account was charged $400. I told her we already paid on Expedia website. He responds was too bad. Not my fault, someone else made a mistake. I am extremely disappointed and it was very unprofessional the way she treated me and my husband.

Pleasantly surprised! Stayed 1 night Best Western Plus w/South Coast Inn in Goleta/Santa Barbara. Clean rooms part laminate flooring w partial carpet, clean bathrooms, and best of all clean sheets/pillow cases- girlfriend gave it the smell test- she was happy! Was a lil noisy in the morning with people’s voices and running around- there was couple young sports teams staying there, but otherwise slept well. Slept in, missed the free breakfast- but we’ll catch it next time. Definitely coming back! Ate at the Nugget nearby- food was great…. There was also Sunshine Cafe in same spot-looked good was crowded but wait time was too long, we’ll try them on next visit. Overall stay was nice!
