Breakfast was fine, laundry was clean, but service was not , had to go to front desk for everything, shower had no soap, toilet did not flush adequately, we all had to wait to use restroom . Unacceptable especially for the price we paid. Inadequate blankets when asked for more. Customer service was not great . Please contact me for further discussion.

Exterior looks great but rooms inside could be cleaned better. The shower head had lots of calcium on it and greenish residue. Toilet seat had some kind of black mark on it. We stayed in the room for 3 nights and didn't get room service. Even the body wash bottle was almost empty when we moved in and no one bothered to fill it up or take the trash out during our 3 night stay

The hotel was pleasantly and surprisingly quiet. Room was as advertised and the grounds were very nice. The breakfast offering was terrific! An actual hot breakfast! Very nice indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast.staff was pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Room was clean and comfortable. Just a few walkable blocks to the old downtown Main Street district where there are many bars and restaurants and thrift stores. The street was closed to traffic for a few blocks, but clearly it needs more redevelopment to make it more attractive to tourists.
