The property was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, there was a power outage around midnight. While I should have been asleep, I found myself awake and feeling anxious. I decided to call the front desk and ended up speaking with Jackie. I asked if there was any update on when the power might be restored, but understandably, there wasn’t any news yet. Throughout the call, Jackie was incredibly kind and patient. She calmly helped ease my anxiety, offering to bring me a flashlight and extra blankets. Her reassurance that everything would be okay was exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you, Jackie!

Comfy and clean!
All interactions with staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if warmer blankets / comforters were provided during the winter. We had to sleep with the heat on.

We love staying at Casa Ojai. The rooms are large and spacious and the location is great. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The pool, hot tub and free bikes are a great added bonus.

Loved staying here for two nights. Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, terrific pool & jacuzzi and easy access to parking. Friendly staff as well when we wanted to stay in our room a second night. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was nice, rooms are more oldstyle, but still kept nice & clean. Checking in was fast & easy, greeted very nicely by a young lady. Area was quiet, pool was nice & heated, overall great stay!
