Sweet spot

I attended a wedding and this inn was within a 10 minute drive to all activities. I loved the friendly staff, the quiet street just off the main streets plus free parking. I was on my own for this trip - I felt safe and I appreciated the size and cleanliness of the room.

I thought this hotel was well located and had been updated so that the room was appealing. It was quiet and easy to park, and go to nearby restaurants and the beach. The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed the stay.

Room was clean had a nice patio. TV options were very limited wish that was better. Wish they offered continental breakfast or coffee in the morning. Coffee in room was not drinkable and not many places at all for a quick breakfast. The one gairly close was way too busy!!!

We’ve stayed here twice. The hotel is clean but offers very little for the cost of $400 a night. No breakfast, etc. In addition, the carpet was discolored and the room was very basic.

Very quiet and clean. However if you have any sensitivities to musty/moldy spaces I would reconsider your stay. I'm very sensitive to mold and I had to change rooms (#18) because the first room I was given was intolerable. Luckily they were able to move me.

Hotel is small and quaint. Decor is rustic, and smelled a little musty. Carpet needs to be replaced. The room does not have a microwave, however the receptionist delivered a small microwave to our room when we inquired. The location is quiet, including the park. We felt safe. Walkable distance to the marina, the pier, and to State Street. The entire area is walkable with many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and places to sit near the beach.

Not my favorite stay. After a long day of travel the front desk was on break when we arrived. There was no one to check us in and we had to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for them to return. They have an issue with their hotel room keys deactivating which happened to us twice during our stay even though we were careful to keep them away from cell phones and electronics. I was terrified it would happen when front desk was on break.

Perfection!

Loved this place and would absolutely stay here again! Upon arrival, I was given a free upgrade to their King room, which was spacious and comfortable. The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished. AC (central) was excellent and very quiet. Easy walk to the pier and harbor and lots of wonderful restaurants. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Lovely room, had a nice balcony we watched the sun set from. Comfortable bed, large thick towels and good water pressure! Close walk to wharf and waterfront restaurants! Definitely would stay again
