We paid $600 a night for a weekend in mid July, no pool, no hot tub, no bar. No restaurant. No glass cups or ceramic mugs in the rooms. Aside from adequate cleanliness, there were no premium details of any kind that would make this place stand out. Spend a little more at Mason Beach around the corner and you at least get a pool.

The property was very comfortable, the breakfast pastries were excellent, and the staff was great. We had a wonderful stay overall. The only drawback about the location was the homeless groups in the park across the street.

Arrived two hours before check in. Asked to see if we could park and walk around before check in. Rodolfo was the person working front desk he informed me they actually upgraded our room and it wasn’t ready, but we could leave our car and go walk around. He called me hour later to inform me room was ready. The room was clean, spacious and amazing. The property was clean over all, well maintained. Everything about this place we absolutely loved. When we check out Rodolfo helped us again. He truly was so friendly and the continental breakfast they had was actually not bad. Love they had local roasting company coffee on had at all time. Will stay here every time we come to SB.

The most plush and comfortable bed. Got an amazing nights sleep. Everything seemed pretty new and updated, and clean. Central location and walking distance to the wharf. Good free parking. Would definitely go back.

This is such a hidden gem. Property is well maintained and rooms are spacious and more importantly squeaky clean. Modern bathroom with walk in shower was a big plus for us. There is enough parking and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Property is so well located that it’s in walkable from the beach and State St. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Santa Barbara.

Clean, modern, nice courtyard to sit and enjoy coffee outside your room. Walking distance to everything. Close to harbor and pier. Only downside is wish they had a hot breakfast. But overall yummy pastries and great coffee. would stay here again
