This inn was so lovely! We were greeted with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the manager Ben was so kind. He gave great suggestions on places to go to. Another cute add on is they let you rent their bikes so we got to ride bikes to the funk zone! Will definitely be back.

I was in town for my sisters wedding and Ben at the front desk was a live saver. I called ahead and inquired if it was possible to get an early check in as the wedding started at 5. He said no problem, we'll have your room ready by 2 (they had a full house the night before). He also got my sisters room ready as well and greeted her like she was a VIP when she arrived about 45 minutes after me. The room was clean as can be and beautiful inside. We stayed in one of the suites and the amenities were great. Our son slept on the pull out couch while we took the King in the separate room. The bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower and bench. They serve a continental breakfast from 7:30-9:30. The breakfast isn't anything fancy, just some egg bites, bacon and sausage with the usual smattering of bagels, danishes, cereal etc. but hey, it's included in the room so might as well indulge. They service cookies every day fresh from 1-9PM which my 11 year old was extremely excited about. Parking was easy as can be and the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach or about a 15 minute walk to State St. We parked our car on Friday and didn't move it once the whole weekend. Next time we stay in Santa Barbara, this will be our spot again. Big ups to Ben for his help again!

Great location close to the beach and within walking distance of a range of bars/restaurants. Very clean room with free bike hire (2 hours) and complimentary breakfast and coffee/cookies in the afternoon.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Every review I read pre booking talked about how it was rated 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the floors in the room were very dirty particularly the corners. The shower drain had a bit of pink mildew forming around it. The towels are stained and scratchy.

The room was very clean and comfortable . Rhe pol was nice . The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Our shower had zero water pressure for some reason and the tv had a Roku that wasnt working so we had trouble getting the tv on. But I’ve stayed here before where that didn’t happen so not sure what was up. That’s the only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars. Love this hotel. Will stay here again.

Checkin person not very friendly. Clean rooms with free parking. We parked in front of our room. We used the pool and spa. Both were clean and pool was a good temp. Free (small) breakfast was just right before heading out. We never moved our car as the beach, pier, and restaurants are an easy walk from the hotel. Checkout person was much friendlier. We will return!
