We stayed at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—right off the highway, across the street from the beach, and walking distance to everything we needed. The venue itself is beautiful, with comfortable beds, a great resort pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach chairs and bike rentals that made our stay even better. Everything felt convenient and relaxing, and it was the perfect place to celebrate such a special moment. Highly recommend!

There were people that were staying in our area that were very very loud until 1 o’clock in the morning, both nights that we were there running around screaming yelling, slamming doors it’s disrespectful

This hotel is not worth the cost. We asked for a crib prior to check in, again at check in, and three more times before we finally got one the afternoon of the second day of our stay. The bath gel in the shower was empty. The pool was out of towels for 30 minutes when we first got there and there were no chairs/poor service. I expect details like this to be taken care of when spending $700 a night. If it was $200 a night, fine. You are only paying for location and view which were both definitely great, but I would never stay here again. I’d try one of the many neighboring hotels.

Its was a great location for families. In between Sea center, Zoo, Moxi and even the natural museum is a only 15min car ride. Room easy access the pool easy access. Great stay

Totally overpriced, property not with Hilton Standards . Room was ok but outdated. No room service for food after 10 pm . They will no make your room unless you ask. Paint outside the room not OK , also the green areas outside the room were also poor maintained. We expend around 1.150 $ for two nights. NOT WORTH IT

The hotel was pretty nice, but they seemed to be very short staffed. Long wait to check-in and there only seemed to be two valets working at any given time. The restaurant is mediocre. The pool area is much smaller than pictured and gets really full. I will give them good marks for cleanliness.

It was very nice and secure! They had free bike rentals which is highly recommended when in Santa Barbara! They also have a great pool and jacuzzi! The hotel also had little games around the hotel which is fun for the kids like a big chess board, shuffle board, connect 4, etc. Would definitely go back.

understaff the Pool area all dirty with trash left by guest after eating? food stood there for hours, birds came to get it, after 3 hours I had to go and get somebody When I got the room, there was hair all over the bathroom, tooke me 20 min to check in I paid almost %700 per night! not worth it at all I wont stay at the hotel again

Great location, right opposite the beach. A nice pool and fun family games throughout the grounds. Our room was very comfortable, asked for quiet room and it was! The reasons I haven't given this 5 stars is because our room wasn’t ready for check in at 4.20pm. The restaurant menu was limited… so easy to walk in to downtown though. We wanted to play pickleball, the courts were empty but were told we couldn’t use them as booking was not available. Minor points really, I would recommend this hotel to friends!

Pros: Size of our room was decent, check in was easy, front desk staff were nice. Cons: (1) Half of our bathroom towels were extremely dirty - we found most towels covered in dark brown, black, or yellow streaks/stains. Two towels also had hair wrapped in it. It was extremely off putting. (2) The bathroom walls had visible rust and mold - it didn’t feel clean at all. (3) Two of our pillow cases were stained so we didn’t use them. Our outer bedsheet had brown stains on them as well. (4) The mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Being 6 months pregnant and having sharp mattress springs stabbing my entire body all night for four straight nights was so inconvenient. My husband also came home with several knots on his back from the uncomfortable mattress. Needless to say, we had the worst sleep during our stay. (5) The main lobby and common areas were probably the nicest in appearance. The halls leading to rooms, the elevator, and pretty much everything else just looked and smelled so old, worn out, dated. The place looks like it is in need of serious remodeling. Overall, our stay at the Hilton was subpar at most. For the price we paid, we were expecting a much better quality stay than what we experienced. We definitely will be staying elsewhere when we visit Santa Barbara again.

The resort is in a beautiful location to bike paths , the beach, The fridge wasn’t working but was quickly replaced by a working one. I was happy to see so many dogs and we were welcomed with our pup ion the restaurant patio for dinner. The STAFF is what made my stay there. From the Bellhop, front desk, waiters, barista, bicycle rental Attendant to the maintanance (delivering a working fridge) and housekeeping were all vey accommodating. I’ll have to go back to try the spa! I only wish breakfast would be available an hour longer and that there would be room service everyday not just specific days.
