It is a good property with everything walkable within minutes. In room dining could be an issue because only one restaurant outside the property that serves the hotel and stops taking orders at 830pm

Really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, people were nice, the room was spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is the late check in (4pm) and then the early-ish check out (11am). I’d get the 11am if you could check in at 3, but you’re paying a lot for checking in when the sun is almost going to set (in the Winter), and quite a few places close around 6-7 in town. Their restaurant right next door was fantastic, so if you’re tired when you get in, it’s an easy and excellent choice. I had a “Treetop” room, which meant their top floor (the third) and French doors, but that was a bit of a letdown. I mean, leaving the doors open lets flying bugs come in (i.e. a fly), and the advertised view of the valley was, at least for me, just the residential homes in the neighborhood. The mountains peeked above them, but when I opened the French doors and looked out, it was…houses (and the parking lot), so I would not pay extra for the Treetop rooms. Don’t get me wrong, it was a beautiful, comfortable room, and the bathroom was generous with shower and tub, but not sure if it was worth the price. I did like that everything else was walking distance. It’s a small town, and there are a lot of places to stay. Next time, I might try another place that isn’t as expensive.

The perfect spot to see and enjoy Solvang! Hotel was definitely a four star! We did have some issues with the heat control but the staff brought in a portable heater that worked! The wine vending machine was a hoot!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms
We loved Hotel Corque! The staff was so friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed and huge! We were in a suite with one bedroom with 2 double beds and a huge living room with a sofa bed. It was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out, and the separate room made it easy to put our younger kids to bed and still be able to stay up and relax in the living room. All the beds were extremely comfortable, even the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the wine vending machine in the lobby. We’ll definitely be back!

Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Santa Inés Mission and all of the activities in Solvang. Hotel is quiet and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. I love staying at The Corque.
