It’s in the perfect spot on State Street. You can walk or ride the bikes they provide to food, drink and shopping. Cigars right down the street and the beach a bit past that, what more can you ask for?

Great rooms, great location
Rooms were awesome! 2 queens with stylish furnishings and comfortable linens. 2 conversation chairs were a nice touch. We stayed for one night. We were aware the lobby was under construction and were expecting worse to be honest but luckily the staff has it down and we couldn't have had a lovelier one-night stay. I would consider staying for longer next time. Location can't be beat for exploring downtown Santa Barbara and walking to the fun restaurants and shops.

They are doing construction so if they put you in room 203 request to be moved. All I heard for two days was drills, hammers and the floor shook. It was so loud I couldn’t relax at all.

The hotel although the lobby was being remodeled the rooms were newly refurbished. Only things i didn't like shower head was too low im 6'4 and if i wasn't careful i would hit my head on it. Also tv was wall mounted to the left of bed not very comfortable for watching and there were 2 hooks to hang towels on at entry point of shower which towels would get wet while showering no hooks or bars for hand towels in bathroom seems odd
