Came to the hummingbird inn to celebrate my birthday. While the room was nice and clean, staff was nice. There was some biking convention who started yelling in the parking lot, which is located right by the rooms, at 6:30am and lasted multiple hours. Was unable to sleep before my check out. Told the front desk and was offered no help or resolution. Doors have large cracks so sound travels.

Stands out compared to other stays we've had. Clean and had everything we need, even connects to Apple TV. Very eco-friendly and it makes a difference to guests and the environment! Will stay here again next time I go to Ojai!

The staff were warm and friendly. The room was well-appointed, though the bathroom basic. The grounds are well-kept. We enjoyed the pool. The lobby looked like a wonderful place to lounge. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nice, convenient, and quiet. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming—suggesting restaurants, suggesting to eat in the lobby so we did not have to eat on the beds, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Motel room was large, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and spacious. No gym, nice pool, and a lovely garden with tables/chairs to have a picnic, play games, read...very peaceful. Nice sitting area in the lobby, as well. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops & markets. Coffee available in the main lobby.
