Very mediocre. One or two stars max. Near the harbor is a misnomer. This was not convenient to anywhere. Far from restaurant. Far from the beach. Far from state street. Very loud as it is on a main road .

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara at the Inn By the Harbor. It is in a convenient location that allows you to get to multiple SB spots quickly and efficiently. The Inn has nice rooms with a very nice Kitchenette. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a double sink. The pool and hot tub were heated in November, and a nice area to hang out. The staff was friendly and efficient. When we had questions they were answered. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Thank you.
