The property is nice but yet also quite outdated. For the price i paid I was hoping for something a little more modern. The pillows were so flat it was difficult to sleep even after requesting extra pillows. The wine and cheese hour was nice. the pool and hot tub were okay, It got quite crowded and I had to cut my swim sessions short because of it. Definitely could’ve been better for the price but ultimately I had a nice time.

I loved how the property had a lot of nature. The courtyard was full of palm trees and flowers, and it added to my experience staying in Santa Barbara. I also loved how wire and coffee was served all day long. Breakfast was free each morning. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beach was 10-15 minute walk. Perfect location if you are staying in Santa Barbara.

This property is charming and very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen in our room, continental breakfast with a great variety of options, and the happy hour offerings. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is large and mostly well kept. The carpet is stained, and should be replaced. The walls are too thin, and we could hear our neighbors, and the traffic noise was annoying. The staff was great, and we hope if we come back that we will try out the pool and hot tub.
