Horrible customer service, rooms were filthy dusty and ac unit seemed like it was molded all around the vents. I asked for extra pillows because we only had 2 and they rudely declined and said they had no access to the housekeeping room and it sounded like a personal issue that my pregnant wife forgot her body pillow. They scolded her for her request and the time of her request. This hotel should be closed entirely.. it’s empty anyways! Never again will I take my business there!

Area felt unsafe. Room was very economical. Hard bed. TV remote did not work. No hair dryer. No in room telephone. No TV guide. Burn holes in bedding. Holes in black out drapes. Hotel used to offer happy hour, nice breakfast, and beautiful rooms. None of this is available anymore and hotel is totally run down

I came in with 2 other persons and there was only 2 towels and a hand towel, but no floor towel or wash cloths. The shower, the water leaks out on the floor. Beds were comfortable though.

Simply.. it was a place to stay.. no breakfast.. no pool due to covid.. lol.. not necessarily the cleanest place in the world.. but offered a great price compared to most hotels
