The room was spotless, the bed so comfortable, the pillows and coverlet AMAZING. Location was the best close to all shops you do not need a car. Will stay here again!! Did not use the heated pool or jacuzzi but they were pristinely clean also! Thank you for our stay.

Staff were friendly and nice but the room and specifically the bathroom is nasty. When I checked in there were hair everywhere and the “clean” towels had lots of hair on them. I am not talking about 1 or 2 stuck inside the towel. I am talking 5-6 long curly hair piled on them like how does one miss them?? It was gross. It makes you wonder how “clean” these towels are….my friend had her own room and it was the same thing!
