Staff is helpful, property is clean and has lovely external seating areas and pool. Restaurant has good food. We have stayed here several times and have found it to be pleasant. This last stay we were in a double queen room (#128) and the TV remote had dead batteries, the tub was extremely slick with the grip strips not really effective. Both of these issues should be fixed. Otherwise all was good.

Lemon Tree has gone downhill. Dire need of renovation. Staff at reception have no Interest and no customer service skills. Poor amenities ( no condiments on coffee/ tea tray, water temperature for shower never got hot. ) Food was left in refrigerator's freezer from, apparently, previous guests. Will no longer stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed the hospitality and the convenience of the property. My room was clean and the hotel restaurant was also very good. Also, the proximity of the hotel to downtown Santa Barbara was a huge plus for me.

I thought the decor was woefully average, like the comfortors and window hangings were bought at the thrift store. The Garden and restaurant/bar is great however. The front dest staff was often not there for 15 minutes or more.(at check in and check out.) I finally just had to leave.

I usually don’t leave comments, but this hotel truly deserves one. I stayed there for one night last weekend and accidentally left my iPad in the room. The kind manager went out of their way to ship it back to me. Amazing service!
