Nice hotel but the room was very small, bathroom wasn’t great and we weren’t able to checkout late even by 30 mins without being charged an additional night. The area was very convenient but not worth the price.

Loved being so close to the harbor. Lots of dining options. Had the hot tub all to myself with nice clean towels. When entering many hotels have obnoxious perfumes. This one elled so nice not overbearing.offered a beverage forveach guest. Nice amenities

This property is really pristine. Every corner is accounted for. It’s a steal for the price. It’s boutique without being uncomfortable. It’s small without feeling underaccomodated. Definitely recommend. We are already planning on returning.

The hotel was beautiful and staff was very kind. The pool are was beautiful well maintained and relaxing. Surrounding area, however, is close to a park with a lot of homeless people. That is not a fault of the hotel but more so the city. I have not been to Santa Barbara in a while, and the homeless population is out of control.
