Nice place at a good price.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I would have was the water temperature in the shower was hard to get hot water then regulate it.

They are pet friendly, itโ€™s around a nice and safe area but thereโ€™s just not much to do around here unless you wanna drive 20 extra minutes down ;โ€”; overall itโ€™s good everyoneโ€™s nice. Itโ€™s not the place or the staff itโ€™s just the area hehehe

Meh. But fine to crash for the night.

Carpinteria is an expensive area, and this is a budget place -great for a night crash. Ask to have a room away from the road/highway for more quiet. Nice staff. Very budget rooms. Clean, rooms showing their age.

Had 2 rooms. Couldnโ€™t get 2 connected. At least one on the 1st floor was mine handicapped. The air was hard to get it adjusted but it was very quiet. The other room on the 3rd floor had a Oder. Over all I would stay there again.

Nice and safe stay, even though close to highway๐Ÿ˜‰

The stay was pretty good! My only complaint was that itโ€™s right near the highway and the noise of the traffic is a bit loud. You get somewhat used to the noise throughout the night. The area is safe and was not worried about our car being broken into, so that is a definite plus! Comfy bed and pillows!

Terrible beds.

We booked the hotel because of a concert in SB. When we got to the hotel room, the beds were a joke. They were "full sized" basically cots with thin mattresses that were shoved in a space so close together that you could sit on one bed and have your knees touch the other. There was no way anyone but a child or someone intoxicated would be able to sleep on those beds. The bathroom was also weird and small. We ended up grabbing our stuff after the concert and driving the 2 and half hours home just to sleep in our own beds.
