Away from the main centre of Santa Barbara but still convenient. Rooms are clean and bed is huge and comfortable. Supermarket opposite hotel.

Over all the room was okay… the bed was very uncomfortable and only gave 2 pillows that were completely flat. If your partner moves around the whole bed slams around and makes like a bang sound. I think this place was completely over priced and would not stay there again.

Hotel looks like it has been recently remodeled. Grounds and rooms very nice. If you like quiet this is not the place for you - right on State St so traffic noise is an issue, especially in the morning.

Small on price big on charm
Such a charming little place! We walked into our room and it smelled like it had just been scrubbed from floor to ceiling. Immaculately clean. The staff were beyond helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again. And I felt safe parking my car in the parking lot, which is always important too.
