For the price you pay, you get a comfortable room with a beautiful pool. It was close enough to all our events. And parking was always available. You get what you pay for, and then some. No complaints, family was happy.

A pleasant and affordable surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by the property, given that it is no more expensive than the Motel 6 down the road. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are recently remodeled. The courtyard area is charming and adds a homey feeling to the property. The rooms themselves are well equipped and decorated, and the fridge + microwave are a huge plus. Staff went above and begging to assist me with a late check-in after we got stuck behind an accident on our drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable option in Santa Barbara.

We were given a handicapped accessible room we didn’t request. The light in the bathroom was motion sensitive with no switch to disconnect that feature. It became very annoying to have the bathroom flooded with light every time we used it at night.

The property was fine and the rates are good. This Inn must be a favorite for construction/contractor crew to stay due to cost but the parking lot is way too small and the trucks, larger than average, make it difficult to part

Nice, charming place to stay

The location is easy to find and there's a supermarket across the street. The motel grounds are nicely landscaped adding to its charm. The bed was comfortable and the AC/Heating system was excellent. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We loved the swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Value priced stay

The young man at the service desk was fast and friendly. The room was fairly priced and exactly what you would expect in size & comfort. The location is not within walking distance from downtown Santa Barbara & other popular tourist attractions. However, the community was quiet.
