Room was clean and the person who checked us in was very nice. However, the second night we discovered ants in the room and getting into the bed? A problem which could have easily been solved by being able to move rooms - but there was no one at the desk and when we called they did not answer. We ended up going home early. Sad because otherwise would have been able to recommend as an affordable place to stay in SB.

The room was a very nice size. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance. There was a gas station across the street as well, so it was very convenient for us.

When we checked in, we were not told that there would be a $100 refundable.Fee return to us in up to ten days. There was no use of the t.V , no local channels for us to view and no passwords for the apps that were available, There was no microwave to help us heat.\nOur food, The\nShower looked like it was wiped down with dirty towels and very unclean. .

The Manager, Orlando, was extremely helpful and even checked on me because I was very sick. He brought me ice and coffee when zi could barely get out of bed. Amenities were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Got a vheap rate
