Fantastic location, walking distance to State street, plenty of restaurants, and the beach just across the street. Loved our ocean-side breakfast. The room was wonderful. The only thing that was lacking was wifi :)

We checked into the standard room and the room was beautiful but not the view we wanted since we were facing the parking lot. We upgraded to the beachfront view and it was so worth it. The staff was accommodating and made it happen. The view was incredible.

A bit dusty in the foyer, but overall quite nice looking amd clean. My issue is the parking. Its just a normal street corner hotel with its own parking bays, one per room, however they scam you into having to use valet for $43 so they can park your car 15 steps away, if you dont pay then you must find street parking. Absolute scam.

The rooms were very clean, staff were kind, the views were great in October. There was a wedding party one evening and our balcony doors completely shielded the noise! I would have enjoyed more time for morning coffee access. Overall great experience.
