The property was nice. The restaurant had inside and outside dining options but closed at 10 and bar also closed at that time. I don't know if I would stay again as my room over looked a neighborhood and not the beach. That costs much more. They should have electric bikes to rent. I received a text stating they were my assistant for the time I was there, but not onsite. When asking about renting bikes, I was referred to the Hilton down the street. No one was ever onsite as the concierge desk, which I feel was wrong. Someone should be onsite. The valet parking gave me some bottled water; the hotel did not. They had a cooler by the ice machine which you could fill your water bottle, but it never filled it completely. After 10 pm, there is not snacks, drinks, etc. They had a few drinks by the desk and only cookies. You need a vending machine or some snacks. I was told I could walk 2 blocks to a gas station or a convenience store. Others were looking for snacks, too.

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The hotel had an excellent Valet Staff who were very helpful and quick getting my car. The room was very big and had a nice bathroom. The beds, sheets, pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is lovely but what stood out was that every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly! From the valet, to the person at the front desk, to the bartenders, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping! Happy employees make happy guest experiences.
