The price was cheap the sheets were clean, the staff was nice and attentive but it needs an upgrade . Old carpet old decor found a used coffee filter in the coffee pot. Aside from that it’s a decent hotel

Because we stayed several times at this Hotel and it’s very convenient, it’s the reason we kept going back and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. However our concern is with the young Lady (Mira) who was rude and disrespectful, she made us feel uncomfortable. It’s as if we were bothering her. Overall the Hotel was great. Customer Service just needs to be more efficient and professional.

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with full size beds. The air conditioner did not work and the WiFi was down. They refused to accommodate us with a downstairs room as one of our party is handicapped. We tried to use the hot tub in the evening but there were several young kids in it. One playing the kazoo and one dropping bugs into it. When I went to file a complaint the girl at the front desk refused to even take my complaint or get a supervisor. Awful!!!
