The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the beach and partial ocean views from the room. We brough bikes and walked them over to the beach cycling/walking trail that connected directly to the pier, State Street and harbor. We cycled everywhere and never got back in our car, which was great! However, the property is a bit run down. Though there was a remodel a few years ago, the paint and flooring were chipping off in our room and the same in common areas like the pool area. The beds were very comfortable, room was quiet and we really enjoyed the fireplace in the room, so overall we would stay again, would just like to see better upkeep of the property.

Except for its location near the beach this place was as low level a motel as I’ve ever stayed in worse than any Motel 6 it was dingy. I had to pay an extra $15 for parking. They told me it was all on one floor. They don’t have an elevator and I had to take a heavy bag up several stairs and worst of all the shower wasn’t working in the morning. It was terrible. I would never stay there again

Got multiple bug bites. The heater was so loud and making a horrendous sound that kept me up all night. I eventually turned it off at 4am because it was driving me crazy. So the room got very cold. The people next to me were screaming at 5am. Basically I got no sleep. Very thin walls.
