Very clean rooms, helpful staff and best of all, the hotel is right across the zocalo. Only drawback, there is no elevator. Overall, very good hotel.

Don’t let the outside of the hotel regret booking at the place. The hotel is very modern and well kept . The stuff is absolutely nice and helpful the location couldn’t better right in the middle of everything. Definitely a place to stay in my next visit. The Adults only is the cherry on top

No frills place, but everything they did was exceptional. Clean and very central. Would totally stay here again.

Very clean place, helpfull employes

Checking was very basic, while the receptionist offered a welcome drink to the couple in front of me, she just did an average and quick check in to me. My flight was delayed, so I arrived late, I guess she was in a hurry to leave home. Room 105 is so LOUD!!! You can hear every one walking, working, talking anytime of the day!

The listing states on site parking and there was none. The room was a cement box, literally. Not a single window. No AC or temperature control. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, shampoo or soap. No hand towels. Not even soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. When I talked to the staff I was given one roll of toilet paper. You cant open the bathroom door all the way because it hits the sink. The entrance is locked 24hrs so you have to ring the door bell and wait for the attendant everytime you want to come in or go.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. We loved everything about the lobby and our room. The staff are also very friendly- especially Jose! The only thing that kept us from rating this hotel 5 starts was our check-in experience. There is no elevator, and Jose wasn't working at the time. The only person on duty was a very young woman who could not help us with our bags. So, I had to carry 4 very heavy bags up the stairs by myself. Jose was available in the morning to help us when we left.
