Small, clean, efficient rooms. Noise was a major issue as rooms have no noise insulation to stop sounds from hallways. We could hear conversations in the hallway crystal clearly and we lost sleep over this until all guests were asleep. Breakfast was nice. They are trying their best. Nice location close to bakery and mini market.

We had to return to this wonderful hotel for its 5-star tranquility. A home from home, smiling and approachable staff, and an environment you can truly relax in. The manager Ana was a delight to talk with, and it shows the culture of the place. I’m sure other hotels in Cidade Praia are good, but this place is special. Low-key luxury.

I was a little disappointed when I thought the room I booked had an ocean view and it did not. The building is nice, clean and staffs were friendly and courteous. Tiles on floor need to be replaced since some had cracks in them and some parts of the building can use some fresh paints. The Buffett breakfast was good.

Nothing to say

The room was very large and faced the street. It was very clean and had everything I could want. Staff was nice about my checking in at 2 am. They also were gracious about letting me store my bags. The breakfast, which is included and just across the street, was very tasty and provided good people-watching opportunities. The hotel is near many of the museums and sites that I wanted to see. I went back to the neighborhood restaurant for dinner so that I didn’t have to go far at night. The dinner was quite good as well.
