Not the best

I completed pre-check in online. The representative hadn't been trained on how that works with their system. I was at the front desk for about 20 minutes due to hotels.com not having a phone number listed for customer service. The room I was placed in hadn't been throughly cleaned. There was still hair in the bathtub from the previous guest.

At check in, a $50 deposit was required. There is nothing posted online about a deposit. I've had stayed there in the past and never had to pay a deposit.

Giving 1 star because they asked me to pay extra $35 for checking in at 1pm instead of 3pm. This is despite me staying for 10+ nights. They should work hard to bring their reputation higher and these small gestures are how they can improve. Place was alright, nothing spectacular but ok for the price.

You get what you pay for. It was clean, there was hot water and desk staff were competent. But the room was very bare bones, no toiletries, only soap not even shampoo, no usable channel lineup for the TV, no hangers, no cover on the toilet seat, broken security lock on the door, HVAC either on or off, etc.
