Parking was not an issue and the hotel is right across from a coffee place and a few food options. The room was not bad for a quick overnight stay but there were a few things - my AC unit didn't work. There were some cleanliness concerns in the room. When I asked for a receipt at checkout, I was told to check the website but the website says that the property was supposed to provide it. Overall, not super thrilled with the stay.

The only issue I had with the property was the size of the room. It was very small and no closet/dresser for clothes to be stored away. The staff was professional and nice!

Where do I start? It was beyond beyond basic but met our needs. There was a small fridge and a small keurig in the room, no microwave or phone to call main desk. The bed seemed to be propped up on top of metal box type thing, and it creaked (metal against metal sounds) all night. I was only there for two nights but couldn’t sleep because every time I moved, it made so much noise. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to call from my cellphone to ask the main office about it and they told me I had to go pick it up from the office. Floors, walls, and sink area were not properly cleaned as there were streaks of stuff on the wall and the sink area has a collection of dust bunnies and hair. There was a giant looking “hole” in the ceiling of the bathroom. It looked haphazardly patched up but there were black dots on it that I thought was mold, so beware. I am not one for confrontation so I just sucked it up and moved on, but please don’t waste your money. The Sterling Inn is right next door (literally both parking areas are separated by a chain link fence) so splurge a little more and head on there. Pros: lots of food/coffee/boba options (go to Bill’s Cafe!!!!) and Safeway is about 2 blocks away.

I will always recommend please do not stay at this place. The staff here is so rude and they are very incorporated. I had booked the room, and when i went to the room to use the washroom, the toilet was so dirty and the flush wasn’t working. I asked them to either allocate a different room or get this cleaned. They had asked me to stay that way the whole night. The staff got it fixed the next day. It was such an unpleasant experience that I have to go out every time if I want to use the restroom. Never will I recommend this place to anyone, rather invest in a different place than this place

I liked the fact that everything was really close by (Costco, a great coffee shop across the street), and the room was immaculate. The A/C really helped keep the room cool and the internet worked as expected. The only downside was that the room was small compared to other rooms I have been in.

Area is convenient. Lots of options to shop around and dine in. Friendly staff and room was good for the most part. The place looks renovated. However, the room had a funky smell coming from the ac. Overall, for a weekend stay wasn’t too bad.

Room reeked of body odor. I asked to switch rooms and they said they were all booked but I don't understand how I couldn't have switched rooms if other people haven't checked in yet.. I tried opening the windows all night while having the AC on and NOTHING worked.. 2nd time having a bad experience here.

Room was very clean upon arrival, but in a 5-day stay, room was never serviced. Air conditioning didn’t work properly; the unit would keep shutting down, and not work, even when reset was attempted.
