The owner of the property is nice, very kind, friendly, and personable. He is great with kids. A year ago, he gave a bag of M&Ms to my 4 year old nephew for free. When I come to San Jose, this is my go to spot because of the owner.

Front desk agent was nice and friendly. The room with most of the amenities are modern. If you are a light sleeper. I would recommend to bring earplugs. You can hear people closing their doors and walking past your room. The area is quiet and not sketchy. Would recommend if you need a small staycation or visiting SCU

Too Loud!
We were woken at least 15 times from street noise, people outside, laundry services noise. In addition, the bed was way too firm. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

I really like the walkability and all the nearby dining options. There is a really nice coffee shop across the street and a good ramen place. This is a clean, quiet and very reasonably priced property - looking forward to coming back!
