Not bad, but could have been better
Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly. However, the freeway traffic could be heard all day and night. They also did not have any "soft" pillows so I had a hard time sleeping through the night. Lastly, the gardener was using the leaf blower for almost two hours in the early hours of Saturday! So much for sleeping in....

I think the property has potential; however, our room had a musty smell when we first walked in. I guess someone just checked out, but I felt the scent of the prior occupants was still in the room, leaving a smell of body odor. Also, it may be because the room did not have a good HVAC system, as my room’s a/c and heater did not seem to properly control the room temperature. The air just seemed really bad in my room, and I expected the room to be much better. Sorry. I love Hyatt, but this trip was a bit disappointing.

The building is old and you are close to the highway, so there is a constant noise day and night. Gardners in the morning with their blowers, feels like they are in your room. Sunday morning, trying to take a shower, zero Hot water. We had hot water every other time, but Premium time for people getting ready was probably the problem. Charging $20 a day to park, kind of hidden in the ad? Staff was almost embarrassed to tell me of the fee. Wonderful staff, very polite and helpful.
