We used a third-party booking site. My son booked a room for three nights and my daughter booked a room for one night and at check-in they could not find the reservations for both of my children so it was a bit stressful however, the manager accommodated our needs and made everything right which I was thankful for. Everything was nice with our stay. Just the check-in experience was difficult due to an unexperienced front desk attendant.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. I booked 2 rooms. One room the ac didnt work the room was dirty (hair from other guest on bed and pillows, the floors had debris) and one of the keycards stoped working. 2nd room was worse. Window screen and outlet broken and saw roaches by the fridge and microwave.

OK Cheap stay

The stay was ok, the lady at front desk made a comment about us coming in lobby 5 min before 3 to check in and said people do not read the sign and might as well take it off. There was already someone inside checking in when I walked up and read the sign and the door was unlocked that was why myself and another person walked in. Shower was gross I wore sandals and felt yucky. Air conditioner did not work was hot and could not sleep, it turned on but did not blow out cold air. Door did not open easy and gets stuck. Could see water damage and rust on pipes in bathroom. Bed was not horrible but not the best. Only convenient thing was board walk was an 8 min walk but pictures on line do not match the stay of room. Probably wont stay here again.

Definitely not a place I will be staying at again. We had booked three nights and only stayed one before finding another place to stay. The room was dirty. Walking around barefoot left our feet turning brown from leftover dirt and there was a paw print on the wall from an animal that was previously in the room. One of the rooms didn’t have working A/C and heat, luckily we didn’t need the heat but A/C would have been nice. Parking is VERY limited, we had to park a block from the hotel and walk over. Due to where we had to park my fiancée didn’t sleep since it had to be moved by a certain time or we had to pay for it. The walls are paper thin, when my fiancée finally fell asleep he was woken up by people three rooms down arguing, there was no one to call since the front desk closes at 10pm. Everyone else was woken up by the people in the room above us and those walking outside past our room. The only positive about this “inn” was the staff member we spoke to when checking in.

Do not come here. The only good thing about this property is that is close to the ocean. No guaranteed parking street. Parking is dangerous on street. No coffee pods for coffee machine. (They refused to give them other than first day of stay). Sand on the floor. Other issues…

Great location (5 minute walk to beach!), friendly front desk staff. Room was dated and bathroom fan smelled mildewy. Soft spot in flooring that sank in when walked on. TV was not working properly - had trouble with Dish network box so we only had several channels. Front desk staff Camila was helpful and swapped out remote but still didn't work properly and tv volume was broken - it would only get louder; the volume down button was broken. Would stay in same area again but nicer hotel next time.

The door wouldn't even lock and it was an exterior door to the outside. The sheets were covered in yellow stains, as well as the comforter when I called to ask to switch rooms I got zero response and zero message back and it's still haven't received a message back and it's been almost a week.
