Dabney at the front desk was amazing! She provided excellent customer service and her charisma and personality made a great first impression. The room itself was okay, but it did seem dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. There was noticeable dust in the bathroom, especially along the floor corners. One major factor that impacted my overall rating was the lack of a restroom available near the lobby for guests. During breakfast, several customers, including my family, needed to use the restroom, but there was no public restroom accessible. This caused everyone to have to return to their rooms, which was inconvenient. Other than these concerns, our stay was overall okay.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were all courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the lack of parking and the spacing between parking spaces that were a bit narrow and caused a problem in getting in and out of the space and the vehicle.
