Room was clean and comfortable, with good shower. Definitely was a lot of noise with door immediately opening to parking lot, dumpster was emptied loudly before 7a one morning, loud noises other mornings also. Breakfast was OK. Easy location to get to downtown Santa Cruz as well as Scotts Valley/Pasatiempo.
