I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub inside of the room. It was perfect for a romantic getaway with a clean room and free breakfast. The entire stay was smooth and the staff were accommodating.

I really enjoy the in room hot tubs as they are a rare find in santa cruz. The parking lot is very limited in trying to park near your room. No elevatorw though for upstairs guests. Breakfast is 7-10am and pretty decent for being included.

The room was comfortable and clean. Price was affordable. We wanted to use the hot tub before departing in the morning and the hotel staff cleaned and opened the pool area early for us! Very nice of them. I will be returning on my next visit to Santa Cruz!

My second time in this room. All of the furniture and the bed are worn out. The sofa has no support. One can't even get out of it without doing a pullup on the arms. The bed pushes every spring into the body. I woke up crippled. The desk chair does not adjust upward.

The bed was too hard, really uncomfortable for my preference. Pillows felt like rocks but that is just my preference. Besides that everything else was amazing, the service, the people, the cleanliness and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk super friendly and nice.
